The Rose & Crown is a women owned, African American owned classic Georgian square rigger built in the 1790's, in what is now the heart of Provincetown's historic West End. The house sits behind an ornate iron fence and a lush garden and patio, perfect for leisurely activities like enjoying breakfast, people-watching, and seeing the crowds gather for Tea Dance across the street. Jane Elizabeth, our iconic ship's figurehead, greets visitors from her post above the front door. The Rose & Crown is family operated and women-owned since 1998. We are located just steps from Provincetown's world class restaurants, galleries, shops, and other historical attractions.
