Welltown Waypoints

Carnival Parade

In partnership with local officials, the PBG is helping reimagine the beloved Carnival Parade with a lighter footprint. Through efforts to reduce waste, encourage reusable materials, and support more responsible celebration practices, this initiative sets a new standard for community and environmental care.

We are also proud to announce the Center for Coastal Studies as Carnival’s Grand Marshal, celebrating their 50th anniversary and their ongoing commitment to protecting the waters and ecosystems that shape Provincetown.

Welltown 5k Walk & Run

An inclusive, all-levels event that brings movement into Ptown’s biggest themed weeks. Whether you’re walking, running, or cheering from the sidelines, the Welltown 5K invites everyone to take part in a shared moment of wellness.

Hikes with Mike

Come out into nature with guided excursions that explore the Outer Cape’s friendly outdoors. From dunes shack tours, oyster farms hikes, and whale watching, to climbing the monument, birdwatching, or kayaking the Moors, and more. These experiences offer a deeper connection to the land and sea that surrounds Provincetown.

Welltown Weekend

A seasonal gathering centered around the Swim for Life weekend, brings together wellness, sustainability, and community programming. From panels and discussions to movement and outdoor events, it’s a moment to experience Welltown in full come early fall.

Well Supported

The PBG works alongside local businesses to promote more sustainable practices and highlight those leading the way. Through workshops, partnerships, and visibility, this initiative helps build a more conscious and connected community rooted in wellbeing.
