The Queen Vic Guest House is a historical bed and breakfast located in Provincetown off the tip of Cape Cod. The guest house has 10 rooms each with en suite baths, TV, WIFI and aircon. We are located directly on Commercial Street conveniently close to shopping, dining, the Pilgrim Monument and the local beaches. We have the BEST front yard on Commercial Street to enjoy a cocktail and watch the nightly parade while catching up with old friends or making new ones!
Our delicious hot, made to order breakfasts are served directly to you in your room or outside in the garden. There will be order cards in the room to specify your breakfast and a time for delivery.

Our beautiful front court yard looks directly onto Commercial Street. The front courtyard, back garden and the upstairs back deck are all available at breakfast time and throughout the day. Provincetown is one of the most popular L.G.B.T.Q.A. safe spaces in the world.
