Nestled in the peaceful and eclectic East End of Commercial Street overlooking the bay, the Cape Codder Guest House combines old-world charm with new-world vibrancy. Built in the 1850s for the local Mayo family, the Cape Codder has operated as a guest house since the 1950’s, and we are proud to have become a favorite destination for artists, creatives, and the LGBTQA+ community. Our clean, quiet, and thoughtfully furnished rooms provide some of the most affordable accommodations on the Outer Cape, all while located just a 20-minute walk away from the bustling town center. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required during the summer season. Shorter stays of 1 or 2 nights are available during the shoulder seasons (May-June) and (September-November).
