The 45th annual Provincetown Carnival parade – Land of Toys – stepped off on Thursday August 17, 2023 to sunny skies and roaring crowds that saw a record 40+ floats and 20+ groups of marchers sashay down Commercial Street. As is annual tradition, awards were given in multiple categories for creativity and artistic expression.
