The first half of class offers breath-led, Hatha-style movement — slow, intentional, and steady — to release tension, build gentle strength, and prepare the body for rest. We’ll close with a guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) practice — a deeply restful meditation designed to calm the nervous system and invite profound relaxation. Perfect for all levels, this class is your invitation to soften into stillness, restore your energy, and ease into the week ahead with clarity and calm.
