The essence and inspiration for the Outsiders Festival comes from the rich history of Provincetown that has sometimes fallen through the cracks of time. How many times has one meandered down Harry Kemp Way on their way to pick up their prescriptions at Outer Cape Health? Or perhaps one has been around Provincetown long enough to recall the Grace Gouveia Building on Alden Street that served the town as the headquarters for the Council on Aging and Senior Center?
