Out of Hibernation: Conscious Connections Workshop

Out of Hibernation Weekend Special Class:

This is an interactive workshop using inquiry, breath, touch, and nudity to create connections, deepen our understanding of ourselves and those in our community, and to practice self love and body positivity. Co-led by Tim Bish & Stephan Hengst.

Guests will start clothed and then undress as part of the process. Guests must be willing to fully participate fully nude.
