Men’s Embodiment Circle at Outermost Yoga

Join master instructor Timothy Bish for a somatic experience that includes movement, breathwork, visualizations and meditations from various traditions. Using the physical body as a gateway, we will work to develop our depth of presence and consciousness as well as our self-expression, loving acceptance and our relationship with both our masculine and feminine energies. Come as you are, we have all the props.
