Men’s Embodiment Circle at Outermost Yoga

Join master instructor Timothy Bish for a somatic experience that includes movement, breathwork, visualizations, & meditations from various traditions. Using the physical body as a gateway, we will work to develop our depth of presence & consciousness as well as our self-expression, loving acceptance, & our relationship with both our masculine & feminine energies. Come as you are, we have all the props.

Outermost Yoga is located on the 2nd floor of the old schoolhouse at 494 Commercial Street in the historic East End. No parking behind the building, please.
