A grand 1850's captain's house, it has been a guest house since the 1940's. One block to Commercial Street. Three blocks to the Boston ferry. Walk to restaurants, bars, dance clubs, shopping & art galleries.
The house has 14 guest rooms all with private bath. Our shared bath rooms on the third floor are closed for the season. For 2022 we are doing an abbreviated Continental Breakfast (Coffee, Tea, Juice, Pastries and Fruit). There are also 3 outdoor decks, a back patio & lawn area. All rooms feature hardwood floors. All rooms with private baths also have a/c, refrigerators, and microwave ovens as well as smart tv's and cable. Coffee makers for rooms are available upon request. Free parking is included. No smoking allowed in or around the house. Adult atmosphere. No animals allowed on the property.
